ApkaPro app privacy policy

Updated: 11 October 2026. This section covers ApkaPro by BXM Multimedia on iOS/iPadOS, its Apple Watch companion and Android 1.0. The website and contact form are described above. Android details are provided separately below.

Controller and contact

The controller is Bartłomiej Mech, trading as BXM Multimedia, ul. Korzystna 7, 03-626 Warszawa, Poland. Privacy contact: bxm@bxm.pl, +48 537 48 48 44. The linked BXM policy identifies the business and explains correspondence processing.

Information stored on your device

Projects, text, selected images, an optional profile with a random local identifier and preferences are saved locally. The profile is not an online account and requires no login. On iOS/iPadOS, local storage also holds progress through 200 tutorial steps, answers and history for 200 exercises, workshops, learning sessions, acceptance-plan criteria and results, and independent copies in the offline library. You mark results yourself. Bundled articles are dated offline text snapshots.

Images, import and permissions

You choose an image or project file through a system picker. The app prepares a copy of the selected image for your mockup; it does not browse your entire photo library. The iPhone and iPad app does not use location, contacts, microphone or camera. On Apple Watch, you may choose system dictation when entering a note; ApkaPro stores the text, not an audio recording. Dictation follows Apple’s settings and privacy rules. Notifications are optional; refusing permission does not block editing or learning. On iOS, adding a session to Calendar opens the system event editor for your confirmation. The app does not read other events.

Apple Watch — a separate study notebook

The companion for watchOS 10 or later contains 200 exercises in Polish, English and German, checklists, self-assessments and short notes. Its menu remains in Polish. The notebook is saved on the device and works offline. It does not replace full exercise attempts and history on iPhone. Connection is off by default. Only after you enable it on both paired devices does Apple’s system transfer copies of notebook notes, checklists and self-assessments between iPhone and Apple Watch. Profiles, projects and images are excluded, and this data is not sent to BXM. You can manually copy a result description or project notes into the notebook on iPhone before connecting it. Turning the connection off keeps copies already received. A full iPhone reset clears the phone’s notebook but does not delete its copy on the watch. Watch data must be managed separately on that device; Apple’s settings also govern watch backups.

Export and voluntary sharing

Exports are created locally. Project PDF, HTML and JSON may include screen text, images and project-scope answers. Private notes are excluded by default. You separately choose whether to include your profile: name, company, email, phone and local identifier. PNG shows the selected screen. Exercise and acceptance-plan reports are separate files; review their contents before sharing. Standard briefs and project JSON exclude the acceptance plan. Files leave the app only when you choose Mail, Files or system sharing. No enquiry is sent automatically. BXM receives only the message, selected attachments and sender details you send. The default recipient of the quotation draft is b.mech@bxm.pl.

Reminders and external services

A project or exercise title may appear on the lock screen. Mirroring an iPhone reminder to a paired watch depends on system settings. The separate ApkaPro watchOS companion also lets you set a local exercise reminder for 15 minutes later and cancel it. On iOS, copying an exercise description or note to Calendar is optional. Your calendar provider may sync the event. Updating or deleting the app's plan does not update or delete that calendar copy. Links open external websites, email or telephone services, which have their own privacy rules.

Protection, tracking and backups

The checked app sources contain no advertising, analytics tools, user tracking or account server. They do not automatically send projects to BXM. Working files stay within app storage. Device protection and system backups depend on Apple or Android settings; ApkaPro has no cloud service of its own. Shared exports are independent copies. Changing an export option later does not redact an existing copy. Protect access to your device and check the sharing recipient.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it. On iOS, deleting a project or resetting exercises does not remove previously saved library reports. Delete a library copy separately or confirm the full local-data reset in Profile. It clears projects, profile, library, learning data, plans and app reminders. Files outside the app, sent mail, Calendar copies and system backups remain outside this reset. In the prepared Android version, reset removes projects and profile and cancels reminders; a protected unreadable-archive copy may remain in app storage. Manage that copy through Android app-data settings. BXM retains correspondence as needed for the enquiry, cooperation and applicable legal obligations or claims, as explained in its policy.

Your choices and platform scope

Contact bxm@bxm.pl about information you sent to BXM; its policy explains your data rights and complaint options. BXM cannot remotely access local projects. Each release and its store disclosures must reflect the actual platform build.

Using the editor

ApkaPro creates mockups and briefs, not finished installable IPA/APK client apps. Device frames are project presentations. Use materials and personal data you have permission to use and share. Export and import also help you keep your own project backup. An enquiry to BXM is not an order or automatic quote; scope, price and delivery are agreed separately. Marking an exercise or trial complete is your own declaration, not quality certification or approval by Apple or Google.

Android 1.0 — learning, calendar and local data

Android also stores progress through 200 tutorial steps, answers, notes and attempt history for 200 exercises, study and project acceptance plans, and independent offline library copies of materials and reports locally. You mark your own results. The saved catalog contains 208 pages. Images and files use the system picker; the app does not access location, contacts, microphone or camera. Notifications are optional; refusing them does not block learning. Reactivate reminders after restarting the phone. Adding a session opens an external calendar with its title, exercise identifier, date and duration. You confirm the event; the app does not read other events. Changes in ApkaPro do not update the calendar copy. Android system backups may include app data according to device settings. Remove all private app data through Android settings after saving any needed reports and projects. Mail, calendar and external file copies require separate management. Message transport depends on your chosen mail service; ApkaPro does not guarantee encryption of external correspondence. Android has no separate Wear OS app; the watch frame is a visualization.
